This is an actual written partnership contract between the donor (sponsoring a month's learning and above) and one of the scholars of the Kollel. The agreement states that half the reward that is due to the scholar from his study during the precious nighttime hours belongs to the donor who is supporting his study. All that is promised to a person (Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah, siman 246 seif 1) who learns Torah during the hours of Chatzos will also be awarded to the donor.
